Every product in our Store are made-to-order and, in normal circumstances, will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following business day.
After every fulfillment, we will send out shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your parcel online to make sure you receive updates along the way. Please note: it can take some time for tracking information to update.
How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. We offer Express Shipping by DHL and Standard Shipping by USPS. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

The estimated transit time may vary, typically between 7 to 10 business days by USPS and 3 to 5 business days by DHL for United States and 5 to 7 business days by DHL after manifested for the rest of the world.
We do not guarantee delivery times and they should not be relied upon as such. Unforeseen delays are always a possibility, especially in holidays and peak seasons.
You may owe customs duties, taxes, import fees or any additional charges related to shipment in addition to our shipping rates.
You are responsible for contacting our Customer Service regarding any claims for damaged and/or lost shipments, however, we cannot arrange a free replacement for lost item due to incorrect address designated by customer. It is solely the your responsibility to carefully review the order details before committing payment.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
